In case you have not yet seen the secretive coatimundi, found in many national parks throughout the West, Sue Coccia, an artist based in Edmonds, Washington, has created this coatimundi flour sack towel based on one of her fanciful drawings. It is filled with desert plants and animals, both obvious and not-so-obvious. Each part of the image has meaning related to the natural habitat of the coati. Coatis prefer wooded canyon and riparian habitats where they forage for a variety of food from roots and berries to lizards and insects.

Fabric hemmed on all sides for a tidy, unmistakable quality and durability. It has high absorbency properties and it’s breathable, making it ideal for baking yeast rising recipes.
